Well the scale didn't like me today I guess. I only lost .5 of a pound. UGH. That brings me to 206.5.. with a total loooooooss of 20 pounds. Well my goal for each month is 10 pounds.. I've almost been on this for 2 months so I guess I'm doing okay. I'm kinda disappointed but whatever! I have to go get ready for class, but I'll be writing again later about this guy I met!

This week is kinda disappointing.

I'm down 1 pound but I guess it's acceptable because last week a lost 3.5. So I'm down to 207. I'm dying to get past the 200 point. I'll be so happy when I finally see 199. But I'm doing okay. I pair of jeans that used to not fit me, now fit me. I think I feel a def difference in my tummy area because I also tried on a few shirts I had that were wayy too tight on the midsection and they fit a lot better now. So I'm getting there. I guess it just takes time.

Been really busy with school and work. Worked all weekend. Kinda good because I was dreading Valentine's day, so work took my mind off it. However, my brother and dad both must of felt bad for me because my brother bought me flowers and my dad gave me money. Ha. A pity gift I suppose, but I'll take it!

Everything else is going well. I have been getting severe headaches maybe miagranes almost every day. At least once. I don't know what it's from but I had a bunch of blood tests back in November to see if it was Diabetes, etc and everything came out fine. It usually happens when I don't drink/eat for a period of time. (3 or so hours) I'd love to figure out what it is but.. I guess time will tell? Since my GP doctor cant! Hah!

Weigh in Day.

208. For a total of 3.5 pounds. WOW. This cannot be true!

226.5 was my starting weight January 1st! I'm just amazed that the weight it coming off this fast. I'm really happy actually. Wow. I just can't believe it! I've been soo busy I havent had time to think about it. I guess I deserve a pat on the back! *pats self on back* So the weather is getting nice and I'm on a consistant trail of loosing weight. I havent felt this good in a long time!


18.5 pounds gone since January 1st!

Weigh in day.

211.5 for a loss of 1.5 lbs..

I guess that isnt bad for just eating healthy. I dont know if weighing in while it being that time of the month has anything to do with it, but I'm not going to give excuses. I've been eating well, I havent cheated. I haven't added exercise in, however I may start walking on the treadmill tomorrow. We'll see. My goal each month is to get rid of 10 pounds. I lost a total of 14.5 so far total so I think I'm doing well.

I didnt eat much yesterday or Sunday because I've been extremely busy, I know that isn't an excuse and NOT eating does NOT cause you to cut more weight.. I would say today's weigh in prooves that! But overall I'm doing well.

Well I must go get ready for class!
