Weigh in.

I skipped last week because I was busy, but this week I ate baddddly. It was my birthday, so there's my excuse. However, with eating terribly (ice cream cake, a sub, alcohol, etc) I actually lost weight, which surprised me.

Weigh in: 195.5
Total weight lost in 1 week: 1 lb

Total Weight Lost Since January 1st: 31 lbs


It's coming off slow, but it's coming off.
